SAP BusinessObjects Returns to Evolve Their Closed Loop Marketing

The success of the Intelligence at Your Fingertips campaign lead to SAP BusinessObjects appointing Anderson Baillie to develop and manage a new campaign for the latest versions of Crystal Reports Server and the Edge Series. The campaign, known as Business at Your Fingertips involves targeted email broadcasts and multi-lingual websites aimed at key regions across Europe.

Using the Anderson Baillie Closed Loop campaign reporting tool meant we were able to track the success of the campaign from the moment it was launched. This fantastic level of reporting and its integration with telemarketing has been a big hit with SAP who have asked us to conduct a further targeted campaign into the Nordic Countries.
