Anderson Baillie Launches new PR service

Leading B2B marketing consultancy Anderson Baillie has launched a new PR service to expand its portfolio of strategically led integrated and outsourced solutionsfor clients.

Based on a new concept, called Audience Relations, the service follows research into the failings of traditional PR communications and aims to enable clients to make better use of media communications in an integrated, measured and sales driven fashion.

The new service has already won both retained and project based work for a number of clients that include integration specialists Jacada and the IT solutions arm of chemicals giant BASF plc.

'The recent changes in the IT market have created some exciting opportunities for consultancies. Demand is now very much driven by the need for far tighter integration with overall business development objectives and a proven ability to deliver the right messages to a client’s most important audiences using the press and analysts alike; this is exactly what our Audience Relations concept is designed to deliver' comments Ball.

'One of the remaining challenges to ‘joined-up’ marketing communications is the integration of the PR mechanism into the overall mix’ adds Andrew Baillie, managing director of Anderson Baillie. ‘Despite the tradition of PR delivery being seen as a separate form of communication, the Anderson Baillie Audience Relations concept allows for the flexibility of message adaptation by audience, whilst maintaining cohesion to the agreed strategic propositions of the business’.

One differentiator for Anderson Baillie’s Audience Relations consultancy is its ability to target a number of discrete audiences through each campaign, covering broadcast, National and trade press in conjunction with a number of select industry analyst groups.

Through the media, both strategic and tactical goals can be delivered. From gaining perceived ownership of the issues and the values that drive brands forward to tactically supporting sales campaigns into specific vertical markets and providing the collateral and endorsements needed to establish credentials with potential customers.

Anderson Baillie’s Audience Relations clients include:
BASF IT Services, Jacada, Exact Abacus and Ambersail.
